Steamed dumplings in a bamboo basket on a white plate

About Us

Xiao Long Bao has always been served in a bamboo basket called a Long. It is how Xiao Long Bao is cooked, carried, and shared.

Yum Long takes its name from this simple idea. One Long is one basket of freshly steamed Xiao Long Bao, brought straight to the table. Steam rises, soup stays hot, and people lean in. Xiao Long Bao is meant to be enjoyed this way.

Inspired by Jiangnan Flavors

Xiao Long Bao traces its origins to the Jiangnan region of China. Yum Long draws inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of the Jiangnan region, blending classic techniques with a modern and creative approach to Chinese cuisine.

Our chef team brings experience from a variety of Chinese culinary backgrounds, allowing us to craft a menu that goes beyond a single regional style. From comforting, savory classics to spicier, vibrant flavors, each dish is thoughtfully designed to offer something for every palate while staying rooted in warmth, balance, and hospitality.
